Superbus SG A few of us have suggested a service to TIBS from Bukit Batok/CCK/Bt Panjang to the Northeast, soon after the launch of SBST 39. TIBS response was they will consider the service if there is demand and at that point of time, they were conducting feasibility studies on a brand new service. That service was to become Service 966. tranquilice SG Yes, Sengkang is still not completely developed, new flats are being built, majority in Fernvale. When more residents moved in, more bus services will be introduced or extended to Sengkang.
