My experiences:
-seen b4 an old lady using an umbrella to shelter her from the cold
air-con outlets inside a SBS single-decker bus! The A/C was
freezing cold during that rainy day many yrs back. I thought the
A/C ducts or ceiling was leaking initially, but it wasn't.
-during the early 90s, I was taking SBS 85 along Upp S'goon Rd,
again during a rainy day. An old man sitting directly behind me
tapped my shoulder, and asked me,"why is my shirt wet?" coz the man
was leaning against the window filled with water vapour..
