Complaint of long freqency of service 74

Before NEL started operations, I heard from a svc 165 bus driver that svc 165 will be affected, but nvr went over to talk to him. NEL network rationalisation is now left with the 3rd phase, anybody can give any comments or any confirmations?

It is precisely the fact it overlaps Sv. 854 route that makes it so "high-class". It duplicates Sv. 55 from AMK Ave 10 all the way to Sims Ave, and so to show-off to Sv. 854 pax, SBST deploy new buses on the service to "entice" people to get on Sv. 25, although for me I'd rather take a fast and smooth O405G on Sv. 854 than a noisy, sluggish B10TL on Sv. 25..

The Sv. 74 buses that jut in at AMK is to help cope with passenger load along AMK - HG Central corridor. Sv. 74 is controlled by only TWO depots, HGDEP and BBDEP.

Why don't you go do the job then? I tell you, if you take up the job, with passengers like you, you will have one hell of a hard time trying to solve their problems and EVEN creating new problems from the old mess.

Sv. 74 got lots of STUDENTS mahz. Same for Sv. 88, O405s packed to the brim, and they used Sv. 88 as their trump card for Sengkang residents (Sv. 88 was first SBST service into then TIBS-controlled Sengkang)

I wouldn't say O405s and 3-axle LOs are lousy buses, only they get boring after some period of time. For Sv. 111 to be extended would be no solution to the parking woes of Boon Lay Int. I really think the interchange should expand to include the field adjacent to it, or even better, build Singapore's first multi-storey bus interchange.
