Airbus330Captain SG I feel that the CSS DAF buses are getting lesser on the roads , are some of them already been retired ? How many DAFs does CSS have originally ? Thanks
xin1jun2 SG hi the number is 20 i think and no they are all still around the last time i checked at the kallang MRT there. i took CSS274 yesterday but u are right that few of them go on roads nowadays.... CSS closing down? ZYX
SBS9816E SG Well, yes. CSS is closing down. In the months to come, I think CSS 603, 605 and 608 would be withdrawn gradually.
xin1jun2 SG hi well at least we know CSS 607 will be withdrawn in Aug 3. i managed to take 6 DAF CSS buses the otheday. i discovered they were Voith gearboxed. also took note that the load factor on 605 during peak hours is HIGH! ZYX
SBS9818A SG The SSB services that will not be withdrawn(if that ever happens) will be converted to trunk TIBS services I think(and hope).
