Latest update : I took 9836 today , the suspension of the bus i not good , a lot of funny noises . I still have one more left !!! 9837 !! I didnt see this...

SBS 9846 T is nowhere to be seen. It has been replaced by 2 Mercedes Benz O405. Speculated that it is taken out of service 168’s fleet.

I stand corrected, today I saw SBS 9845X on Sv. 25 and there was hardly a ding on it.

SO i guess other VSOs that are not in service with 161 and 168 are going around , perhaps to future VSO operators like 157 or 88 .

Regarding about new VSOs coming out, I suppose that some units of the new ones would go to Braddell Depot, and others go to the west.

I believe this batch of new double-decks are for Central District, then 3-axle LOs can be transferred to SLBP. Crying or Very sad

I beg to differ. VSOs on service 161 are still operating as usual during weekday peak hours but not 168's. SBST seems to be "pampering" Hougang / Sengkang more than any other places.

Sweetener for the residents before several services get withdrawn, isn't it? Damn obvious really. Giving them new buses, and then few months later withdraw routes.

I think the next 40 vsos will go to the west and the central district as none of their depots have new buses like the tridents or the vsos.

I think the 40 new VSO should be given to Soon Lee Depot and Bukit Batok Depot. Because HGDep have Trident already, AMK depot have VSO liao and BNdep have 998Y, 999U and 2888T already. SNDep and BBDep does not have all these buses, to be fair enough, the 40 new VSO should be with these Depots.

The way SBST do things, the new buses will be deployed to BRAM/AMDEP, more LOs(2 or 3 axle versions) will get x-ferred over to SLBP/BBDEP. Do not forget BBDEP has 12 new B10BLE CNG buses.

Yeah total transfer of momentum maybe, cos the body does even have a scratch and perhaps all the impact transfer onto the B10TL engine

Yes it could be possible momentum was transferred to the engine and it got shaken loose from the impact or something. The rear had no damage.
