Bus services will exist, the railway can’t cover every single part of Singapore, can’t it?

Yes, the bus companies can be full of bullshit sometimes. I've had enough dealing when them. Why is Sv. 806 not daily, apparently it can be daily with O405Gs operating on that service, isn't it? Are passenger demands that "low" it can't be operated on Sunday? AFAIK people go out on Sundays!

For one thing, now passengers have to reply on service 804 on Sundays / PH. Service 804 already has enough passengers for it's own 12m O405s. Imagine adding in the load from service 806.

Yes, adding to the fact Sv. 804 cannot use O405Gs due to that stupid u-turn along Yishun Ave 1, TIBS or LTA should build a turn it like that of Jurong Power station, the bus turns in, loops in the circus and comes out. And fix a traffic light with sensor system to detect the bus is coming so as to activate the lights accordingly.

This will never happen, and its been so many years already. There is an improved version at Yishun Ring Road to cater to the U-turning of 804A, where there is this large rectangle for the bus to turn, but I don't know whether it is enough for a 0405G to turn. The L-shaped thing had been expanded several times, but I guess TIBS still wanted to deploy only 12m 0405s on 804, but I still think that 0405Gs can stomach tight turns in neighbourhoods, like svc 800 turning at Yishun St. 71

To solve the problem of service 804 not having bendy due to the U-turn, the service can, after Yishun Ave 1, turn right into St 41, turn right into Ring Rd and return. The service, however, will skip one stop along Ave 11 (Opposite Blk 417) and another one stop along Ave 1 (Outside Blk 437). What do you think?

Where is the u-turn in question? Is it before Yishun St 41? I will have to take Sv. 804 one day to find out.

Sorry, but if you are using the Street directory, esp. the one by Mighty Minds, there is no [u][b]Yishun Street 41[/b][/u]. That small road that sort of link up the Ring Road and Ave 1 does not even exist, and I don't know why that gets published, or the surveyors had mistaken the small Rectangle by Ring Rd. used for the U-turning of svc 804A is sort of a section of the Street 41. In Yishun, only St 1X,2X, 6X, 7X, 8X exists. That is why your suggestion cannot work, unless the 0405G becomes all terrain and transverse the field that is supposedly St. 41

Hmm, so that St 41 was planned but never built? Imagine an all-wheel drive O405G. I do think the little u-turn should be converted into a circus whereby O405Gs can manouver perfectly, easing the passenger flow.

You guessed it right, I was using the Mighty Minds Street Directory but didn't know that the road does not exist. Embarassed

The worst case is for service 804 to continue along Ave 1 and loop along St 81. But I think it's almost impossible for a feeder service.
