I need help in gathering more technical specifications on the following bus/models:

Scania L94UB, Scania L94UA, Scania K94UB, Mercedes Benz O405NG, MAN 24.310, Volvo B10BLE, Citaro L & G, VSO (11m & 12m version) and Trident (11m & 12m version).

I would appreciate if the info are listed as follows:

It's Mercedes-Benz O405GN, not NG. Anyway I only know the first few for certain buses, not sure if I can help you so much. VSO stats are easy, just go to interchanges and look for that little black portion with the SBST address(if it's STILL around), all the stats should be there.

Well, I would appreciate if you could give me anything that you know. It's better than nothing. Anyway, I don't think there is the black portion on VSO. Thanks Darryl for the help.
