I strongly believe that the NEL may open on 31st May 2003. A preview for Friends of SBS Transit will be held on 23rd May. I was invited but won't be able to go as I can't get leave on that day. off_service SG Latest news: According to the papers, NEL will not commence at the end of this month. It is expected that NEL will start mid June, but no definite date given.
