I think I phrase it wrongly, I think should be "on Ulu Sembawang Flyover", with Woodlands Ave 12 (u/c) BELOW the flyover. I saw it for myself when I took Svc 168 this morning. Also, it's easy to confuse Ulu Sembawang flyover with Sembawang flyover (Mandai Ave).
