First trips at any given time, not the first bus. Heck, even the
first bus goes to the St81 loop first. Any "new" bus leaving the
terminal starts at the St81 loop. Although after the first or
second trips, the timing may settle down, the St31 sector timing is
often screwed, because more often than not the buses are always
held up at St81.
