When services 168 and 969 first started out in April (14th and
15th respectively) 2001, Pasir Ris residents did complain that they
are seeing new services passing by their corridors, but not to
Pasir Ris Town itself. However, the bus companies only gave replies
that they will take necessary actions with the need arises.
