Airbus330Captain SG My vote : Bus 24 , why ? All mercedes benz for an extremely long period of time since the good old days with OF buses . What do you guys think ?
SBS9816E SG Agree with you captain. Besides that, I want to say that Svc 133 is quite pitiful because this service doesn't have any VOs although a VO was deployed on it a few years ago. Right now, they have to bear with the LOs 3 Axle.

sugardaddy SG My vote goes to Bus 99…you can stand there waiting for 30 mins without a single in sight but when it comes 3 in a row…very poor planning
MooKu SG Yes yes I agree bus service 30. Every morning from Bedok Interchange to Fort Road, the bus is so packed with students, from Chung Cheng High School, Dunman High School, Broadrick Secondary School, and used-to-have Mountbatten Primary school. The buses would be so packed with students that even though everyone has already squeezed like crazy , there would still be people with their backs stuck onto the front door of the bus. And the bus driver would have to shout "eh move back move back! if u all don't move back i don't drive ahh!" What makes the whole thing worse is that during the super peak period every morning, the bus 30 that comes are mostly single-decked! I guess the bus company can't do much about it, cos after Fort Road, the buses usually become pretty empty. Increasing the frequency of buses would only... waste resources.
oliver_yuen87 SG 170: u told me they are very pitiful wad... 36: very long route. But at least bus drivers got a Marina Bus Ter to stop over for a toilet break. They seem very "buay song" upon turning into Tanjong Rhu/Marine Parade! And they look frustrated when they drive Mk3s on the bridge... no power Tibs176: long route and a lot of traffic lights
off_service SG TIBS services 169 / 852 / 853. The drivers had to bear with the terrible Dennis Lance buses, which make up majority of the fleet.
SBS9818A SG Stop mentioning about the fleet used on the services! That isn't a fair comparison! For me I feel that Sv. 30, 51, 61, 502 and 170 drivers are most pitiful. One thing, they sit at the wheel for about 1.5 - 2 hours and by the time they get off the seat, their butts are numb. And what if the driver has a stomachache along the way?
off_service SG Remember, if the drivers have better buses and therefore kinda having a better driving enviroment, they won't get tired easily. Unless they are met with inconsiderate passengers or ccrying babies *hates that*

oliver_yuen87 SG i think SBS drivers' seats are better. i tried seating on it, although no headrests, it certainly is more airy for the butt. driver says SBS has taken those furry seats off and replaced with those. it helps to prevent colon cancer and erm.. fertility rate for males.
