Reading it makes me salivate! *Slurp* Must go try. 
So far, the only coffee shop tom yam that I really like is at a
Clementi coffeeshop, behind Fairprice, and facing the old
cinema/KFC - also where the famous Brothers Rojak is located.
The tom yam is from the handmade noodle stall, and does not come
from bottled tom yam paste. The clear soup has added lemon leaves,
pineapple pcs and chili padi to give it the hot and sour zing! Very
refreshing. But I've moved out so hardly get to eat it now.
