I've eaten horseshoe crabs while travelling through eastern
Thailand, at this small seaside town beyond Sattahip ....
actually, not the meat of the crab, but the berries (eggs) of the
crab are mixed up together with a spicy veggie salad ... with the
shell as the plate ...
the berries tasted like little beads of hard boiled egg yolks ... I
was told it was an aphrodisiac .....
