Anybody playing this game?
I just started playing the game and is having some problems....
with the strategy....when starting out...
I played Liu Bei in 190AD Battle for Guan Du.... I find that I
dont' have enough officers! for some reason, I can't find people to
recruit... I started with 2 cities and opportunistically took over
one of Sun Ce's city...
But right now I am so stretched. To garrision my three cities
and to have people performing development on my cities and also to
send armies to attack other cities...
Any hints on how to 'recruit' new officers?
