Warranty service for GHWT drums in sg

Bought World tour not long ago at sitex on the last day, Nov 30th. It was fun and all, however the fun ended 12 days later when one of the drum pads stopped working...

Went to check out guitar hero's website and it seems they onlyl provide warranty claims for the US, europe and australia. So I was wondering is there any way for me to at least get it fixed in sg. Thanks alot.

First of all look for the company distributor sticker on the box.

if is distributed by New Era or SoftSource, go back to them.

From what i know, softsource you need to cut out that sticker portion as a proof of purchase with your receipt.

New Era you can just go to them for the exchange

Weezard, I have the same problem as you. Did you manage to go to SoftSource and get an exchange? Do you have their number so that I can give them a call?

No i went to new era. Google them and you can find the address and number. And they will need at least a week to either fix or replace your set. Just bring the drum console, dont have to lug the stands and kick pedal. Haha hope these helps

Advice to ppl who are contemplating to buy Ghwt. First of all, great game, but let down by its distributor who's doing i would say minimal in giving back our game controllers on time. Hats off to them for spoiling what would be a great gaming experience.
