actually no ... I don't even know if that shatec restaurant
serves the dish, it's just a shot in the dark if you happen to pop
by then take a look at their menu.
I only had gordon bleu chicken at my house, my relative was once a
trained chef at shatec and came to my house and gave us extra extra
large version of gordon bleu chicken with a thickly stuffed cheese
kish lorraine for afters ... I must say it was a very pleasant but
overwhelming experience.
