I'm not surprised. Our service industry sucks and is plagued
with poor standards and low quality.
These people send these uncouth youths for a cooking course, give
them a hot plate and expect them to whip up a teppanyaki style
meal?
Half-baked cooks never survive in the market. And other food court
teppanyaki wannabes better watch out.
