sand king SG

i getting 1.5 for 328.

1.5 cannot play the latest games right?

yongyong SG

u can use homebrew to play ISO…

sand king SG

haha i dont know psp lingo Sad

yongyong SG

u working ? if u can afford it, y not forget about the homebrew.... just play normally, got game , buy game, dun need to keep update the homebrew to play ISO or waiting for the ISO to be downloadable ....

sand king SG

i getting v1.5 then copy games from other ppl

sand king SG

oops. Not working

yongyong SG

then go ahead, 328 is not too expensive…. dun think u will get SONY warranty for that , but who cares about sony warranty…i never use it anyway…

sand king SG

oh... okok, how if the psp c0cks up in some way? what should i do?

yongyong SG

u mean like if u brick ur psp ?

U can sell some parts of ur psp .. like LCD, buttons.... then take the money to get a new one...

Sony would not entertain u if u use homebrew and screwed ur psp... Thus, use homebrew with caution~

sand king SG

Homebrew=downgrading your psp right?

yongyong SG

u can say that, coz homebrew runs on 1.5….

sand king SG

erm... i catch no balls Laughing

what does homebrew do?

polarsnake SG

Homebrew is used to play *ehem* games

polarsnake SG

You never know. I didn't think that I would have to use it, but I did

sand king SG

oh so homebrew=v1.5, but this v1.5 is *ahem* one right?

yongyong SG

touch wood..... my psp is healthy ... its going to live up to age 100...

yongyong SG

this v1.5 is original official sony firmware....
the homebrew is some other program that can be used on ur 1.5 psp.

When u run it, depends on ur homebrew, ur psp will restart, then this time, ur psp became let say 3.10, then u can play new games...

When u off ur homebrew, ur psp goes back to 1.5, original Sony firmware...

sand king SG

Oh so you can on and off homebrew. i see.

Oh, can i ask where to buy GTA vice city?

yongyong SG

u wanna get GTA because u wanna downgrade ? is that so ?

if u wanna use GTA to downgrade, i dunno where u can that GTA....( maybe rent it or buy 2nd hand )..

If u wanna buy and play only, u can buy it from anyway... New batch of GTA cannot use to downgrade....its oledi been patched.

sand king SG

I get a v1.5 psp, so can play homebrews, but in order to play homebrews you have to have a UMD in the slot.

So i get GTA as the UMD game.
