Manager433 SG Not that I am not curios loh. Its coz I not yet recover from the 'shock' of $10 a plate of horfun....
TehJarVu SG wat is 'wok hei'? and i hv only eaten sea urchin in sushi. nvr heard of it being usd in chinese cooking!
dragg SG wok i am sure you know right? wok hei is something like the ability to make good use of the fire to cook. chinese are popular for it. sea urchin is hai sohm in hokkien right?
Wanda SG The fish is fresh, but the hor fun does not have the "big wok" flavour. I like a wee bit of char tar fragrance in the hor fun. Where to find?
Wanda SG Not curious coz won't pay $10 for a plate of hor fun. Can cook it at home if I want better ingredients.
