No i haven't. However, i am pretty sure the USA doesn't
constitute most of the world.
Btw, if you can't, as you say "hold up a beer bottle in public",
how the hell do you even purchase beer? I am stumped because surely
the bustop/train station is classed as a public place.
I am in the UK and i buy often walk home from the supermarket,
alcohol in hand. No copper's stopped me yet (as far as i can
tell).
