for different reasons.
some games have cheats for fun, so u can do stuff u cant normally
do.
some games have cheats in developer mode, cuz the makers maybe want
to test something or watever so they implement a way for themselves
to set different stuffs in the game. and when the game is finished
the mode still exists and become cheats.
