My personal fave is the stall in the coffe shop called Millie's
Seafood at Changi Village. I ate the prata at The Prata Place
(outside Nee Soon Camp), and I still think that Changi Village one
is the best.
The prata is crispy, and very light.
But the stall.... damn slow one.... even if you are the only
customer, also have to wait 10-15 mins
