I saw 2 jap commercials on it, the guy was playing gran turismo on it and it was awesome.

Got it about three months ago. Wonderful creation for travel entertainment. I use it to watch converted tv shows on the train on the way to work.

battery life how long ar??

mighty_megatron SG

About 4 hours plus. It's slightly longer if you listen through headphones.

Gordonator SG

4 hours is kinda short. Neutral Confused

mighty_megatron SG

When you fully charge the battery it has 6 hours battery life but obviously that changes with the variables of headphones and screen light.

Its more than enough for me to use on the way to work and back.

my fren bought the psp value pack $449 if not wrong..my area sell $488 include the cover,32mb,headset..hmm jus asking..wil u guys buy at sim lim or those sony shop lol??hmm i doubt 32mb is enough to use lo haha..
any1 bought it already wanan share ur experiences with us??

Takumi2eLimit SG

does it have any memory limit??

mighty_megatron SG

The games run on UMD which is a smoother rounder version of the minidisc. You can't get pirated games at the moment as I don't think that anyone has access to a UMD burner yet.

You can put any memory stick duo into the psp. i'm using a 256mb card which allows me to convert about an hours worth of video footage.

The difference between the japanese and the us psp is that the screens for the jap version are made by Sharp whereas the us ones are made by Samsung. Thats the only difference with the machines apart from the region coding for umd films.

PSP will be officially launch here in singapore in late may/early june.

maybe price will be cheaper by then. Mr. Green
