vito_corleone SG to me the sushi sold at supermarkets and the sushi sold at top japanese restaurants dont taste much different..its still raw fish.
pqr SG those freshly sold can buy home and use a good, sharp knife to cut and eat. cheaper (not 10%, GST) than restaurant and taste also not bad if u buy good quality ones
