Just curious why Marche is so popular.
I have been there about 3x myself and gave up going since due to
the following reasons:
(1) Food
Nothing fantastic, overly priced. Whatever they have there can be
found outside at better prices and with better quality. The food
used to be cheaper, over the years, I found the prices were
adjusted upwards discreetly.
(2) Queuing
This is something I don't quite understand. Singaporean's love
queuing is it? In Marche, literally have to queue 3 times just for
a meal - Queue outside, Queue for food, Queue for payment. And we
still go?
(3) Ambience
Not much ambience to speak of, usually noisy like a marketplace,
unless you mean you love going to the market?
