Tip … choose a female stingray … males one have 2 sac dangling
at the tail area … dunno why but the amonia smell is mostly from
the male ones … female ones dun have the 2 sac and theres a slit
near the tail part …. i belive the reness in the meat comes from
undrain blood in the fish … if the blood smells ..look good the
fish is fish … string rays are not red meat fish like tuna … salmon
