Well, of core importance, we need both PS2 & the original
CD. 
But heard that the game will come out in PC format too, so I think
for thoise without PS2, as long as u have a broadband then it
should be ok.
The game is supposed to be played at playonline.com, where members
have to register their game there, as well as to open an account
for play at the website.
The installation of the game is suppose to take play online, with
involving some aspect to be associated with the hard drive which u
have juz mentioned.
As for need any additonal monthly fees, that I'm not sure.
But I saw some pictures of the game liao...
Wah.. can drive any gamers nuts man.
