Charlie’s? It’s a bloody institution. Food’s good, although the
company I go with tend to stuff their faces with seafood in the
next block before heading down. There’s no better place in
Singapore for sitting back and enjoying a couple of Hoegaarden
Grand Crus, IMHO.
