There was once where a Malaysian registered vehicle was in the first lane zooming past me. My was driving about 105 then and in the end, the TP stops my car instead. I asked them y was my car stopped instead of the other one. The TP just said it his colleagues caught me and not the other car on speed camera earlier and since there is no speed camera here, he will not know the speed of the other car... WHAT A BUMMER!!! Shocked Shocked

They did... his speech was classic..

"If you go to the court, u need to pay R300. If you go to police station, u need to pay R150. However, u can choose to settle here if u want. That will be R50. U want to settle here??"

Well, settling on the spot will probably be the best option i guessed.
