[b]As mentioned during the last debrief, attendance have been
quite bad for the past 2 games at Khatib Camp, with just 13 for
each game.
If you can't come down for the game, pls inform the management
early. Yes or No (it's not hard to decide). Dun leave it to the
11th hour such as Sat or Sun morning then tell us that you can't
come down (unless you've got valid reasons). Even though we are a
social team, let's not take each other for granted. Pls be mindful
of this.
For a basic ground rule, I will suggest that for those 50-50 cases,
decisions must be given to management by latest, Thurs. If you are
really not certain, leave yourself out first. I don't want a case
where we can't even make up 11 players.
For the past 2 games, I have also observed that there are
"releasing" of anger/fustrations within our team on the field. Pls
refrain from doing that.
I have to admit that there are many times when I am fustrated
myself. However, I will try to hold it till half time or end of the
game before I completely let go. When we let go on the field, it
will affect the team's play and morale.
Everyone has got a different playing style. But if we want to play
like a team, then we got to accomodate and compliment each
other.
