Gundam collector newbie!

Hi everyone,

I am planning to start collecting gundam models. I would like to ask everyone here who knows much about gundams about which gundam model do I need to buy if I want a built model. I know that some of the gundam model needs to be built or assembled by the buyer. Do they have built models? One that I can just buy off the shelf and straight away display on my desk.

yes, those that u can straight away display on the desk are usually transparent packages, u can see all the ready made parts. but of course there's still minimal fixing to do la.

That would be the HCM PRO models, never had 1 though, so cannot tell u the quality.... but most are smaller, like 1:144 scale for the price of 1:100 *I tink*.

Another downer is that there's only a relative small amount of gundams/models for HCM Pro, so not alot of choice...

Edit: My bad memory, i DO own 3 HCM Pro. A GM, RX-79[G] & a RB-79K ball. Plastic's quality not bad, all panel lines drawn liao... It's made of those type of plastic that's very durable, but not very dust resistant. Limited joint movements, too... Hopes this helps

They are actually build figures in the form of HCM Pro, MSiA or current release Robot Tamashii, more exp are GFF(Gundam Fix Figuration)
