nice work Purplehaze623. Wink

but here's a suggestion. i find that the spurs of your models are not properly cut off. u may wish to use a penknife to file off the excess spur for that nice clean look. Mr. Green

Purplehaze623 SG

penknife? ok i'll try it... currently using those nailclipper's filing part to try file away that part.

Gordonator SG

nailclipper's filing part? Shocked

dude, penknife is much easier and faster. result is better too.

Purplehaze623 SG

okok... i'll try it on some parts that're easier to detach from verde buster...

btw went hobby art gallery tuesday evening, the price there is really tempting... so i've got myself this...

should be my dream come true, 3 of the HGUCs always aiming for... nt sure how low the price actually is compare to outside retail, but for 3 HGUCs and limited edition, its worth it. Wink

duotiga83 SG

i prefer your verde buster......the rest you seriously need some painting.....

Gordonator SG

lets not rush him, if i'm not mistaken, he only just started modeling. painting is not a easy job. Wink

it depends on individuals' preferences whether or not they want it painted. Wink

duotiga83 SG

i knw is up to idividual preferences but if you want it to be like anime at least you make some effort on it and not fix for the sake oof colecting it only.....this make me feel sad and disgusted..... Neutral

duotiga83 SG

my another stargazer gundam

my 1st 1 is different stickers

Purplehaze623 SG

umm... so plz intro me where i can get some cheaper paint and equipment and teach me how to do it la... those neighbourhood stores de airbrush set costs a bomb. im nt starting to paint also because of its cost.

duotiga83 SG

airbrush cost a bomb but you can start doing some simple paintings using gundam markers which i did...air brushing need some skills.....

Purplehaze623 SG

oic.... so gundam markers will do? i'll try to get myself one set. currently having a fine black oil based gundam marker for paneling and lining, duotiga u're using oil based or water-based ones?

duotiga83 SG

i'm using oil based 1s...is nicer.....

Purplehaze623 SG

ok thanks... will try to shop for it... normal retail price is around 20-30 for a set rite?

duotiga83 SG

is ard there...i usually buy certain colours i want.....

Gordonator SG

i'm also using oil based gundam marker, the tip is finer.

anyway i'm still learning. Cool
