making same texture as seen in the gundam box art

how do i make my gundam model kit look like the gundam in the box art of the gundam box. The 'rubbery' texture that does not shine. The same texture as those shop that display gundam.

use a top coat. in this case, the FLAT one. these flat coat usually comes in 3 different types. Flat, Semi-glorss and glossy. I usually use the one from Mr.Hobby. u should be able to get them from those hobby shop that u see Gundam or even those Tamiya plastic modelling shops :)
