Tora Uganda passes away
Chunichi Sports reports Tora Uganda died suddenly in a Tokyo
hospital Saturday at the age of 55. The cause of death is unknown
but it is said he had been suffering from diabetes. Uganda, whose
real name was Shinichiro Sato, was known as the drummer for the
comic band Busy Four in the late 70's through the early 80's and
later as a comedic personality on variety shows, TV commercials,
and movies. Gundam fans would know him best as Sweatson Stero in
Turn A Gundam.
