actually there another place at Raffles City, can't remember the
name but it is better that Shima, but more $$$ as well. It is
located at the back of the mall, belongs to the swissohotel. Again,
its value for $$ if it is set lunch.
I'd tried frequently the jurong hilltop one. It's too much garlic,
a little overkill even for someone like me who likes lots of
garlic. The decor need lots of work done as well ...
I still think Shima is the best for value and quality.
