I posted in another thread about the best japanese curry rice
that I know of is in
Liang Court (ex-Daimaru). In the basement, Meidi-ya supermarket,
there is this
stall called Romantic Kobe and serves tonkatsu, curry rice, ebi,
teriyaki chicken
etc, etc.
Bar style dining and so the prices are between $7 to $9. Many
Japanese
customers and so must have some standard.
