i dunno...beef kuay teow seems bland these days...all the sama
sama standard.
Same beef with tendorizer or bicarbonate, same starchy black pepper
sauce, same big fat juicy kway teow....
hmmmm....
i think i'll stick to beef noodles at hock lam (far east, not the
hopeless purvis st one) or at beach road hawker center
yummy!
