Game Watch reports Sony Computer Entertainment and Bandai Namco
Games are forming a company named Cellius Inc. starting up March 6.
Cellius will create and sell audio, visual, & computer software
using Sony's Cell Broadband Engine chip. Bandai Namco will own 51%
of the company, with Sony owning the other 49%.
