min $3000 to avoid 7.50 fee, else no charges

POSB current account
$2 charges regardless + $2 if did not have min $500 (I.e. $4 if less than $500)

Which is better? See if you got $3K or not loh. If got, UOB is better since no charges. Else, POSB is better.
