the_don SG just weighed myself and i lost 1 kg!!!!! yes yes yes!!!!!!! but then it is really crazy.. i lost 1 kg by not eating yesterday. and when i don't eat, my stomach acts up and i am in pain. then i have to eat something. and if i eat then the weight comes back....... hummmmm....... gggrrrrrr...... nevermind! 9 more kg to go.... must jia you!!!
the Bear SG i think i shall go on a controlled diet too.. as opposed to my usual uncontrolled diet need to shed pounds from indiscriminate eating at night.. after many kilograms of chips, chestnuts, peanut butter and banana sandwiches, instant noodles and other miscellaneous piles of junkfood, i think i gained some weight oh well, back to my usual routine of not eating at night then
Estee SG ya.. i know wat u mean... that's why i am so tempted to go back to medication for help. i lost 3kg in 3 weeks when i was on that pill. but then that medication screws up my internals... haiz! been there done there, good for short-term losing of weight, but everything bounces back once u resumes ur normal eating habits....
