here's one surefire way to get GOOD char kway teow.. it sounds
damned disgusting but the result is wonderful...
usually the guy throws some water in right? instead of water, tell
the dude to use the bloody seehum water... seriously... the taste
of the char kway teow is very different and heck of a lot better
