With the increase of petrol prices in Singapore, I was surfing the
web on ways to improve my fuel consumption for my car when I came
across on Compressed Natural Gas (CNG). I am impressed on the cost
and consumption of the CNG compared to petrol. (CNG-taxi drivers
claimed that they can get up to 180km with a $20 worth of CNG).
However, there aren't much information on CNG-cars (private cars)
apart from the refuelling station in Jurong Island and a few
upcomings in other parts of Singapore.
Are there anyone out there who converted their car fuel to
CNG-petrol?
How much does it cost to convert?
Will the car warranty void if I decide to add a CNG tank into my
car?
How's the mileage like?
How's the power of the car if fuelled by CNG as compared to
petrol?
Where can I find more information on CNG-cars in Singapore?
