i prefer those MP3 players that have their own memory.. no discs
or whatever.. they're small (very small), and you can dump a pile
of songs inside from your PC, and delete whenever..
you can also use the player for other things like my iRiver 512MB
can be used as a radio and a voice recorder (good for 8 hours of
recording at 128kbps)
