i think so...i spent nearly an hour in the gym on the stationery bicycle, stepper and treadmill (brisk walking only)...

nah.. just to take a walk there. I like the Pet Safari cuz they've got cute doggies on display for sale. And usu, the kiddos will crowd round my dog. Thank God my dog has very good temperament : )

Sometimes, i think the more we laze, the more tired we get...
