yes yes. the Seletar West Farmway flats are still there. the
shophouses are being boarded with plywood as recently as 3 months
ago. however, the stiarcase leding upstairs is locked by metal
gates, of course.
last month, saw a group of workers carrying out light maintainence
on the compound.
the New Tiew flats is designated as SAF area, aka PROTECTED
PLACE.
the Punggol Flats had been demolished
the Seletar Flats had also been demolished at Dec 2004, and a flat
piece of land stands.. very sad..
