If the one being mentioned is the big grey one at the still road
junction, then yah, it was a hotel and it was still running till
the 1980's....there was an article in the straits times about it
not too long ago if I recall correctly...the owners have just left
it as it is but its not abandoned..theres a caretaker on the
property....
maybe pajero can confirm, is the still road one the same one we're
talking about? the pic doesnt really show clearly, in fact the
building in the pic looks more like one off koon seng road...
