I happened to experience something that frightened me ......
2 yrs ago, i actually slept on the floor in the living room....erm,i had my own room tho...anyways,i remembered i was still very awake ...but i felt something very heavy on top of me!! even my breathing was disturbed,like i was gasping for air...
i was stunned!!! i know i was still awake...i prayed n prayed...then i dun remember liao...woke up the next day...told my mum abt it,but she dunno wat to say...

My house is located very near to a forest....its a new house,in fact,not in Sg tho
Now wat can that be??? No way out of the blue do i have this experinece...i swear it wasnt a dream... Confused

Got the same experience b4.... scary...

and i got it twice... at diff locations.. both times me was on my bed..

just gotta lay there... try to stay calm....... most of the time u would wake up...

at least thats what i heard so far..

I had a pretty similar experience before but different.

I didn't feel a weight on me but I cannot move. I woke up in the middle of the night as I heard a voice speaking right beside my ear. at that time as my house was beside the main road, my room was pretty bright because of the street lights shining in. My eyes were opened but I cannot see anyone else. The voice was getting louder by the second and I was really afriad.

It was a male voice and it sounded very rough. Don't ask me what it was saying because it was speaking in a language I don't understand. Prayed really hard and it started to sound as it was getting further and after a while it faded away.

After the voice was gone I could move and I slept with the lights on that night. Crying or Very sad

Forgot to add that my house was in the East side of Singapore and near the main road. I think sometimes spirits wander outside (my guess) because there are always a lot of accidents that happen on the road outside my house.

Think the most famous accident (not sure if anyone else remembers) was a few years ago, there was this motorcycle accident on a rainy day, whereby the motorcycle skidded and a bus ran over the motocyclist and the pillon rider......

It was right opposite my house..............

I also don't know why but,

Usually happen to me when the light is off.

Usually when I am sleeping alone, sometimes even with ppl beside me.

Can't breath properly. But still awake. Whole body freeze, cannot move.

Humming sound or something like that. Sometime can hear ppl talking.

Need to relax first, then try to shake it off by kicking or shouting out loud.

Sometimes (not often) can see images.

Can happen a few times on the same night.

Usually can sense it coming.

But once ... when this thing happened to me years ago. They, not him/her, spoke in Malay, and I understand every single words they said.

saw on the news paper before, its called sleep paralysis,
it is often mistakened bei gui ya.
