"Why is Ponggol beach covered by boulders artificially?
Some years ago there was a news that an angler in Ponggol beach was
trying to dig out some worms for fish baits. But instead he dug out
a human skull. Since then the government pave the whole beach with
many heavy boulders. This act is weird as the beauty of a sandy
beach is fully covered. But it is suspected to be a purpose of
stopping citizens from discovering more human remains from
there."
