No, they will still allow P-plates, expresscar will rent it to
you at an ADDITIONAL charge of 30 dollars per day per car if you
are a P plater under 21 years old.
Which means if you rent a car from them, let's say a lancer, for
70/day for 2 days, you will end up paying $200, which is
unbelievably unreasonable because you can similarly rent a lancer
for 3 days at that price at other places.
